Happy ALMOST Fourth Of July! So the 4th is one of my favorite times of the year. I am a summer girl through and through, I love the sunshine, flowers, and the beach. So a holiday where we get to add fireworks to the whole mix just makes it perfect! My birthday is July 2nd, and having a birthday that was so close to the fourth as I kid I always just thought that fireworks came out for my birthday and loved the extended celebration. haha This year it is on a Tuesday and I am so excited because we get to spend the entire 4th of July with my family! It’s been too long since we all have gotten together and had some good quality time playing games and grilling out! The boys will start the morning off with golf and my mom and sister in law will do brunch. I am running the Peachtree Road Race !!! AHHH , it’s truly mixed emotions, I am really nervous because I haven’t had time to train quite as hard as I have wanted too, but everyone says it is super fun so I will you keep you guys posted on how it goes! Mom, Bailey (sis in law) and I will have a pool day for the rest of the day, and meet up with the guys after for grilling out, birthday celebrations and fireworks! I literally can not wait I love time with my family more than anything!

^^ I am pretty sure this is the easiest 4th of July look ever! If you have ANY sort of chambray dress than grab it and tie a sweet little red necktie  (or a bandanna from Walmart) around your neck and boom you are set for the 4th. If the idea of wearing a dress isn’t sounding too fun, then a chambray top with white shorts will also give you the same look just a little more practical and functional!

^^ Threw this shot in because if you need a great pool or beach bag then I am telling you Lou Harvey is going to be your best investment of the summer. The quality is great and I use mine almost every single day! You can even wipe them down with Clorox wipes, which as a nurse was a major pro for me.

^^ This exact dress is from last year and sold out, but everything I have linked is under $40 and you can wear year after year. Having an OTS blue dress in your closet is never a bad idea!

^^ No lie ever since middle school this has been my birthday cake! My mom knows I don’t really enjoy cake all that much, I will do donuts and ice cream all day over cake. Being the baker that she is, me not having a cake wasn’t going to happen, so this became my birthday tradition! Because we have been doing it so long, it just feels right to eat fruit pizza on my birthday! I hope you have awesome plans this weekend and I have the most fun celebrating the 4th!
