I know traveling can be hard- especially to places like Disney. I'm here to simplify that for you!
Family
Welcome to my world of style, sunshine, and adventure! I'm thrilled to share my passions, experiences, and fashion finds with you all. As a happily married mom of two with a background in nursing, my life is a beautiful blend of family, career, and selfcare.
Hey Guys!
I want to start by saying that my heart is going out to those in Texas BIG TIME. As a nurse I can’t help sitting here in Georgia feeling helpless. As a healthcare provider I want to be there to help those in need. I decided to act in whatever way I could so here is the link to The Red Cross if you feel so led to make a donation to help! I am actively praying for those in Texas and wish I was there to come alongside those in the field and lend a hand.
^^ This post really has all the Fall feels, I know that it is still August but it’s never too early to start thinking about Pumpkin Spice Latte’s, picking apples, and warm fires. The heat seems to go on forever in the state of GA. Seriously by the end of September Ill be wearing this look around sweating so much but loving every minute in my hat and cardigan! I bought this sweater during the Nordstrom Sale. To be honest I have never shopped this sale before and it was crazy. After the research I did prior to this sale I found over and over that this BP sweater was one of the fastest selling out items every year in the sale. I had it in my cart and purchased by 4am! It comes in a couple of colors, and is really warm, and oh so cozy.
^^ Classic black pants with no distressing are a key piece to any Fall wardrobe, but I really love the feel this super distressed look gives. It takes some really classy pieces like a beige cardigen and chambray top and adds a cool edgy vibe.
^^ It’s actually kind of difficult to find chambray tops that are not too pricey. If you are going to get one of good quality then usually I try to wait until I find one on sale! This one is on sale for $30 and is a great quality.
I am going to link three of my favorite hats for Fall, if you are like me and really enjoy going a few days without washing your hair, then a hat will get you through the months of September – March! Trust me, they are worth every penny! Thanks so much for stopping by, it means the world to me.
Thank you to KVC Photography for these photos

HI! First – I just recently started following your blog, but I really enjoy it! What I love most about it is it is more realistic. I LOVE CLOTHES and SHOPPING. But I am also a young wife with a lot of student debt. So some other blogs that I follow are not reasonable ($60+ for basic shirts..?) and out of my budget. I’m sorry if you’ve covered this before (I tried searching your blog) but how do you curl your hair? Others use curling wands that are over $200. I’m looking for something a little more practical. Any suggestions?
Oh my goodness THANK YOU for your sweet words! They mean the world to me! I use a 1 inch Hot Tools Curling Iron! You can get it from Ulta it’s about $50 and last for years so it’s worth every penny!
