Being nurse I am a huge fan of taking care of your skin and that includes protecting it from the sun. I try to go every 6 months for a full check up at the Dermatologist. It is so important y’all, that’s why I push quality spray tanner and sunless tanner. Anything that looks authentic without causing all the harm that the sun or tanning bed does. OK I am done stressing to y’all the importance of getting your skin checked. Now lets chat about a great and easy way to add DAILY sun protection to your make up routine, without having to wear a wide brim hat outdoors every single day of your life lol.

I am pretty picky about my foundation because it is something that is supposed to help cover all of the things that you are insecure about ie pimples, wrinkles, uneven color and under eye bags….. I digress. Anywho your foundation is supposed to help you feel better about your skin and blend evenly. When  its not doing that for you then it’s way past time to find a new foundation, this one from Neutrogenia is really great PLUS it has SPF so I am really excited to share it with yall!
