Happy Friday Eve! Anyone else get super excited on Thursday night because they know the weekend is SO close? Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo! I am super excited for this entire weekend as well because Andrew and I will both be in town. Lately we have been so busy on the weekends and usually one of us is out town that it’s been hard to get our schedules on the same track! But this weekend we are spending so much time together I can’t hardly wait! I wanted to share this top with you guys because it’s the perfect Spring piece. I just LOVE anything that has some ruffles to it!  My eyes literally are drawn to a piece when it has ruffles, I can’t even help myself! 

^^ I love this top! In the store it immediately caught my eye. It comes in pink and blue and is a great fit! I actually would size down and go for a tighter fit in the chest so that it will be stay up. The peplum look is truly flattering on everyone, it covers up all the bad places but still gives you a nice waistline, which is always a good thing! I also loved that this top was less than $70. That’s a little more than I would normally spend on a top, however, I feel that this piece is a great investment and I will be wearing out the eyelet trend this Spring!

I LOVED this top paired with jeans, white jeans, and shorts. I really goes with anything. I even thought I might try it with a skirt if I got brave! My go to places for shorts in the summer time are Old Navy and J Crew. Both offer a great variety and lengths for everyone! These shorts are a jean material in white, but have just enough stretch so that I am comfortable in them! These wedges are GREAT to pair shorts with, they go with everything and are incredible comfortable. I wore them to a Braves games, which included a lot of walking and never had one issue.
