My mom’s blueberry jelly is the stuff dreams are made of. I have grown up eating it, I don’t actually think I tried grape jelly until Elementary School lol. Mom’s jelly makes me think of summer nights or Christmas morning with biscuits, y’all my love for this stuff runs deep! Every summer she would take my brother and I to blueberry farms and we would pick blueberries (mostly eat them when we were little) and help her make the jelly after. It is one of my all time favorite traditions that I will treasure forever. When my mom called last week asking if I wanted to pick berries with her I was thrilled and wanted to share such a special memory with you gals! Here is her recipe for Blueberry Jelly I hope you enjoy! If you make it send me pictures and tell me how much you love it!

Wash jars & boil lids
Wash berries clearing off all stems
Add 6 cups fresh berries and one cup of water in a blender, purée.
Add mixture to large pot, slowly bring to boil while stirring occasionally.
Add one box fruit pectin, bring to a rolling boil for one minute.
Add six total cups of sugar, two at a time and stir until completely dissolved.
Watch for splatters as it burns! Allow mixture to come to a rolling boil for one minute.
Dry the lids and keep the jars hot. Use a funnel and fill the jars to the first rim on the jar.
Seal jars immediately and leave undisturbed until the seals start to pop
