I know traveling can be hard- especially to places like Disney. I'm here to simplify that for you!
Family
Welcome to my world of style, sunshine, and adventure! I'm thrilled to share my passions, experiences, and fashion finds with you all. As a happily married mom of two with a background in nursing, my life is a beautiful blend of family, career, and selfcare.
Whew what a long week! I am so thankful for Friday and to be off work this weekend! Praises all Day! So this weekend we have a lot of fun things planned! The first starts tonight, we are heading to Escape Room with some of our best friends! We have a monthly game night with them and this month we decided to do something different! I’m not going to lie a little bit of me is nervous, I do not do anything scary or anything evennnnnn close to scary. I’m pretty much what you see is what you get butterflies and rainbows kind of girl, I work as a nurse in a children’s hospital for goodness sake, you have to be peppy for their sake all the time! Moving on to Saturday and Sunday my sister in law who is so precious and adopting a sweet little baby (we don’t know age, sex or race) is having a baby shower Saturday and Sunday. So we will be pretty much celebrating her all weekend long! WOO HOO!
Alright enough about my weekend, let talk about THIS DRESS!! Gracious it is pretty much everything that I could want in a gingham dress. I don’t shop this pattern too much, and I honestly don’t know why or have any reasoning behind it. I will defiantly be stepping up my gingham game! This dress caught my eye for three reasons. I have listened them all below!
^^ Number one THE BACK! It ties up in three little bows all the way up the back and I literally could die over how adorable this is! If you don’t own a pair of sticky boobs just run over to Target and grab yourself a pair. They are usually around $15 and last about 3 months. In my opinion they are worth every penny I wear my almost everyday!
Number two the ruffle sleeve details are just the most precious addition. I think they give this dress such adorable character without being so long and bulky that every time you reach for the queso you will come back with a little on your sleeve, you feel me?
Number three is the price! Good grief it is less than $20! Can you really get a better price on a dress with this many cute details for that great of a price? It’s also not see through, which is a major plus in my book!
^^ Paired it with my favorite Frank Sarto boots that I got last year at the Nordstrom sale. I linked my favorite similar boots (all less than $200) at Nordstrom this year!
^^ Okay so if you didn’t think the dress and boots combo was cute enough, I added a hunter green cargo vest just to show how this dress can really transition and be worn in cooler temps!
^^ I mean ADORABLE!!!
Thank you so much for stopping by ! I am so thankful for you and that you took time out of your day to read my post.
Thank you to KVC Photography for these photos
