Welcome to the weekend!

The week after being at the beach is rough, I have struggled so much at work this week.  I wanted to do a quick beach recap because we had the MOST wonderful time.  We went to one of my husbands families favorite spots in Florida. Since Andrew and I have dated since I was a freshman in high-school I have literally been going to this location for beach trips for 11 years! It defiantly has grown into one of my favorite safe havens. It’s one of those beach spots that is a hidden treasure, and so it never ever feels over crowed. We sometimes choose to go into town, shop around and eat some great burgers. However, most of the time we choose to eat at our favorite hole in the wall restaurant followed by tons of ice cream! There are SO many fun activities to do and we always leave this sweet little place feeling refreshed and renewed.

^^ The couple we went with are some of mine and Andrew’s best friends in the world. Chelsea and I were each others MOH’s in our weddings and also were roommates for years. We go way back. Her husband Sam is one of Andrew’s closest friends, they literally talk everyday on the phone #majorbromance. Chelsea and Sam got up early our last morning there to grab some shells and watch the sunrise, I can’t take credit for this picture, I was defiantly sleeping when it was taken. But isn’t the sunrise amazing?

^^ Gracious I CAN NOT believe this swimsuit is sold out! I bought it in Febuary out of pure excitment for this upcoming trip! As much pizza, ice cream and pure junk food as we ate I really wasn’t feeling the whole two piece thing. So this one piece with a ruffle trimmed collar stole my heart and I wore it three times at the beach!

^^ We had so much fun and I am so thankful that we had the chance to go and experience such an incredible mini vacay! The last morning we were there we went kayaking and saw dolphins and manatees. I mean the trip was seriously perfect! We are going to this same great getaway in June with Andrew’s family and then in September just the two of us, I am already ready to go back!
