Hi ladies!

We had such fun weekend celebrating my dad! He turned 60, which is crazy. My dad is not one for suprises AT ALL, he hates being the center of attention. To be totally honest my dad has grown up with one arm his whole life and everywhere we go someone is ALWAYS staring at him or pointing (which is unbelievable) but I think that is truly part of the reason he doesn’t want all eyes on him, because he gets it all the time everywhere we go. So, we knew we would have to wait until the last minute to fill him in that he was having a party. My whole family came over to my house on Friday and my dad thought pizza and family dinner was how we were going to celebrate…… is that a joke you’re turning 60 for crying out loud!

I looked over at my brother and said do it! He proceeded to inform my dad that Saturday we were having a party at my parents house for him with all of his closet friends. His first reaction was “No”. But after a while we were able to bring him around to the idea and convince him it would be a blast. He ended up having a great time and feeling so loved!

When trying to decide what to wear I knew I wanted to be comfortable and not over dressed while also feeling put together and cute! I went straight to these Walmart jeans. I have been LOVING them and I could not wait to share what a great find they are with y’all! They are amazing and the fit is on point. They run TTS and have a gradual flare that not too much. Perfect to pair with booties and/or wedges and the bet part is they are less than $40.
