Hey girls happy Tuesday!

The other day I mentioned that I love audiobooks on my stories and ladies I got flooded with questions asking for details on Audible, book recommendations and how the whole things works in general. I can’t wait to talk about something I love so much with y’all!

^^ Ok so I wanted to share first what how I got into Audible. I love to read and read a lot all through High school and College. However, when I started working and got married a lot more responsibilities came with that. I commute to work and it was really early so I started listening to books on the way there and back. I work in a Children’s ICU and the things we sometimes are super sad, so to get in the car and have the sweet moment to listen to a book and kind of calm down and get my emotions in check on the way home has been really helpful.

I was spending a lot of money each month on iTunes buying audiobook for anywhere between $20-50 a book and it was getting out of control. Last Christmas one of the things Andrew got me was a year of Audible and I have been a changed women ever since….JK but I will never go back to my iTunes ways.

The way it works is you get your first month/book for free. Then you sign up on Audible.com and it is $15 a month for a book no matter how much the book cost. The key is to listen with bluetooth headphones, I will often get up, keep my phone on the charger and then play my book and put in bluetooth headphones. You can then get up, go around your house, do laundry, make a cup of coffee, etc all the while listening to your book with no wires its my favorite kind of morning.

I often go between a sweet romantic book, historical fiction and then something with a little more suspense. I pretty much love all books but here are some of my top picks!

Big Little Lies, The Husbands Secret, Into The Water, Gone Girl (all of these have just a little language just a heads up), The Couple Next Door, The Women in Cabin 10

Phillipa Gregory is also great, she writes about the Queen and Kings of England ( I am a sucker for historical fiction)

Harry Potter on Audiobook is AMAZING!! The man who did it literally got Knighted in London!

^^ This top is a sweet little peplum that I layered over a velvet slip dress. I love the mixing of the patterns and textures! Not to mention this dress is only $14, I would say to size up by one.

^^ I love the florals on this sweet top, it will transition into Spring really well. It will look awesome with white jeans, or even cute shorts. The ruffles add just the perfect pop of cute to it too and the price is on point. I am wearing a size small and the sleeves have a slight bell shape at the bottom which adds a little length to them.

^^ I bought these shoes last year but I have been wearing them pretty much all year round for the past two years. They restocked a really similar pair this year for the #Nsale. They are really comfortable because the block heel gives your feet so much support.

Sorry I know that was a lot about Audible but I was just so excited to talk about it with you! I also have linked some bluetooth head phones, they really are a huge life saver.
